This device has changed the way I cook meat. I am able to achieve medium rare steak easily. The probes and the device are well built. The app is simple to use and gives me a notification before the meat is ready. The estimated completion feature is also neat too. Connectivity has been rock solid the entire time using the device. I would recommend the Sync as it saves me so much time and effort in the kitchen.

Received mine last week and I’m using it now for brisket cook. Seems easy to use, I just wish it had a magnet on the back instead of a flimsy standup leg. this alone would’ve taken half a star away, I wish I could’ve given it 4.5 stars but it’s definitely more than four so I gave it a five. I’ll come back and update us at some point later if anything changes.

The Typhur Sync Wireless Meat Thermometer is great for the tech savvy cook. If you smoke or barbeque, this is especially useful. If you are into even fancier cooking where you need to cook your meat for long hours while making sure to maintain temperature, this is even more for you. The thermometers pop out of the back of the unit easily and can be left in the meat while cooking. The thermometer itself can be turned on to get live readings of the temperature up to 200+ ft away. If you need to step out real quick, you can download the app and connect the thermometer to WiFi to get temperature data while on the go.

Let me start off by saying, I'm sorry. I'll explain. The probe 1 didn't work properly, it was showing the probe was overheating (it was not directly on the fire). I gave it a bad review without trying to get o hold of them. I was very disappointed and really didn't think they'd care, boy was I wrong. They called me and left a message. They wanted to make things right. I was so impressed with their professionalism they were bending backwards to keep me as a customer. They were going above and beyond, I was offered a replacement and a return postage (which I took). They made me feel they cared and were willing to keep me satisfied. Talking to this gentleman proves to me it had to be a lemon (it happens). So I'm sorry for my previous review and I take everything back I said then. Thank u guys. I'd recommend this product to anybody that will listen. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars it be double that.

Like th feel and looks of it. However, I haven't been able to use it yet. Will give another review after using it.
